We suggest that the text not be too lengthy.  Most renter's will lose interest in reading a long, drawn-out description. Tell us about the most important features and details to draw attention to your ad.  Once you attract someone to the ad they can contact us for more detailed information.  We will publish your text as you prefer it to read as long as it falls in the guidelines of honesty, integrity and decency and does not misrepresent your property.  We may rephrase the ad, with your approval.
